Telugu Desam Party Floor Leader in the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Singireddy Srinivas Reddy on Monday urged Governor ESL Narasimhan to dismiss Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy and also urged Chief Justice of Andhra Pradesh High Court Nisar Ahmed Kakru to order the police to file criminal charges against the Head of Government.

Talking to INN, Mr Singireddy said that Mr Kiran Kumar Reddy had himself admitted that he had spent 60 days in extricating Kadapa leader YS Jaganmohan Reddy from being implicated in the Paritala Ravindra murder case.

The Tdp Leader urged the Governor to take note of the Chief Minister’s public admission that he had violated the Law and start proceedings for Mr Kiran Kumar Reddy’s dismissal as Head of Government.

He also urged the Chief Justice to take suo moto note of the Chief Minister’s admission of guilt and order criminal proceedings under IPC 201.

Mr Singireddy further added that the Chief Minister has, in his capacity of an MLA, neglected his constituents by ‘working night and day for sixty days’, and this is in gross violations of his mandate. The Tdp Leader reminded that Mr Kiran Kumar Reddy was paid a salary from the public money for these two months, which he had spent in his self-confessed abetment of crime.
