Talking to media persons at the Secretariat, the Chief Minister appealed to Nagam Janardhana Reddy and other Opposition party members not to make such baseless allegations. He asked him not to politicize the chopper crash issue to get political mileage.

He also requested them to provide  any information in connection with the chopper crash  so that  the investigating  agencies may be in a position  to  complete the probe early. He said that Rajya Sabha member K V P Ramachandra Rao was a right hand man to YSR and he was instrumental in grooming the political career of the late chief minister
