Centre gives nod for Ramakanth Reddy’s extension

Hyderabad, Sept 29 :

  Interim  Chief  Minister  K  Rosaiah  heaved a sigh of  relief  when the centre  has   okayed  his  first  recommendation __ the   extension of  chief  secretary Ramakath Reddy’s tenure  by  three months. This is  a morale  boost  for  Rosaiah who seems  to be  keeping  a low  profile  in view f  the  unsavoury  incidents  that  occurred  recently  in the state.

Centre’s nod  for  Ramkanth Reddy is  more a victory  for Rosaiah  than  for  the chief secretary  who seemed to be  treading on a rough road  after the  sudden  demise  of  Y S Rajasekhara reddy.Ramakanth Reddy was  due  to retire  from his  services on September  30.  According to  the sources  the   orders   Ramakanth Reddy’s   extension would be  issued in a  couple  of days.
