Hyderabad,Oct 22: The people have reposed their faith in the party and accepted the leadership of All India Congress Committee President Sonia Gandhi, stated Chief Minister K Rosaiah while reacting to the election results of three states which were declared here on Thursday.Talking to media persons here, the Chief Minister said that the Congress’ victory in Maharashtra, Haryana and Arunachal Pradesh assembly polls indicate that the Congress had the capability to deliver goods to the people of the country and the UPA government policies are giving fruitful results.

The result has increased the responsibility of Congress in the state and people want stability and development, he added.The victory was due to the stellar role played by Congress president Sonia Gandhi, Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh and AICC General Secretary Rahul Gandhi, he lauded.He thanked the people of the states for electing Congress party to power and for reposing faith in the party.
