KCR arrested amidst tension

Hyderabad,Oct  28:  Telangana Rashtra Samiti  chief  K Chandrasekhara Rao  was  forcibly  arrested   by the  police  amid  tension    during  the  jail bharo  program here on Wednesday. Kcr  who along  with his  supporters   took a  rally  from  Indira  Park to  the Secretariat in protest against the    free  zone  issue created mild tension in the Lower tank bund  area.During the course  of  the rally  he was  intercepted by  the police at the  Lower tank bund  and  was  requested  by the  police to get into the waiting police truck.

Kcr  refused to  come  under the  control of the police which was  followed by  an  altercation  between  the  TRS  cadre and the police.This  lead to  a  tense situation in the  Lower tank bund area.Resenting the action of police towards their leader Kcr, the TRS  supporters  gave the  police a tough  time  shouting  Jai Telangana  slogans.
