Union Home Minister Sushil Kumar Shinde on Thursday said that the Telangana Bill would be sent to the State Legislative Assembly at an appropriate time.
Talking to reporters about an hour before the Group of Ministers (GoM) met at the North Block here, Shinde said that the Bill would contain all aspects of bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh and the suggestions given by the political parties, reports submitted by different departments and other factors would be incorporated in the Bill. He said that the Bill would also include details of packages to Seemandhra region and the status of Hyderabad.
Shinde said that the GoM would complete its task by this month-end.
Later, Shinde chaired the GoM meeting which was attended by Union ministers Jairam Ramesh, Veerappa Moily, V Narayana Swami, RPN Singh and others.
