Jairam describes TRS manifesto as "Deevalia"

Union Minister Jairam Ramesh on Saturday praised the Congress manifesto for Telangana and said that the party has made realistic promises to the people.

Speaking to media persons after releasing the manifesto at Gandhi Bhavan here, Jairam Ramesh said that while TRS manifesto will turn Telangana into 'Deevalia" (bankrupt) State, the Congress manifesto would ensure "Deewali" in all households in the new State. He also condemned the BJP for delaying its national manifesto. He said the BJP released its manifesto on the day when first phase of polling was going on. It exposes their lack of seriousness towards the people.
