New Delhi, Dec 17: On being assured by the Union Home Minister,P Chidambaram that the state of Andhra Pradesh will not be bifurcated until a resolution is passed in the assembly, J C Diwakar Reddy, MLA from Rayalaseema heaved a sigh of relief here on Thursday.
The former Andhra Pradesh minister, who was in Delhi in connection with the Telangana issue, met the Home Minster and appraised him of the growing dissatisfaction among the leaders of Coastal Andhra and Seema over the T-issue.Expressing satisfaction over Chidambaram’s statement, the Seema leader urged the fasting MPs and MLAs and others in Andhra region to call off their fasts.
