KCR meets DGP, Stephenson

Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao on Saturday held separate meetings with Director General of Police Anurag Sharma and nominated MLA Elvis Stephenson.

According to sources, Elvis called on KCR at his camp office at Begumpet and held discussions for about half-an-hour. He reportedly briefed the Chief Minister about the statement that he recorded before the court in 'Cash for Vote' scam and other related developments. This is the first time that Elvis has met the Chief Minister after the scam broke out on May 31 with the arrest of TDP MLA A Revanth Reddy.

Later, Anurag Sharma called on KCR and briefed him on the developments in 'Cash for Vote' case and notice served by AP CID to 'T' news channel on phone tapping allegations.
