TG Venkatesh welcomes Centre’s decision

Welcoming the statement made by the Centre on Telangana issue, T G Venaktesh, convener of the forum of MLAs  and MLCs of Rayalaseema  and Coastal Andhra said it is a good thing that the Centre wants to consider the opinion of the people of all regions. Our trip to Delhi has paid off, he added.Former minister J C Diwakar Reddy, reacting to the Centre’s decision, said he was happy. ‘‘No one has won or lost on this issue, it is only through consensus that we can achieve anything,’’the Rayalaseema leader added.
