Hyderabad, Jan 6: Taking exception to the police high-handedness in the arrest of Telangana Rashtra Samiti president K Chandrasekhar Rao in Karimnagar prior to his indefinite fast in November, the State Human Rights Commission on Wednesday issued a notice to Director General of Police R R Girish Kumar.The SHRC asked the DGP to submit a repport by February 9 pertaining to the arrest of the MP in Karimnagar and a report on the series of events that took place following his arrest.Taking strong exception to the police behaviour against KCR, the Commission directed the DGP to  submit a comprehensive report on the entire incident and the violence that broke out on Osmania University campus.
