CM is indifferent towards people of Gadwal: DK Aruna

Coming down heavily on the TRS government for failing to create Gadwal district in Mahbubnagar, MLA and Senior Congress leader Dk Aruna alleged that Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao was being adamant on the issue.

Speaking to media persons here on Wednesday, Aruna said that the state government was being indifferent towards to people of Gadwal. Despite numerous protest and petitions to the government demanding creation of Gadwal district, the Chief Minister is least bothered about this. "KCR said that the reorganization of districts will be carried as per the wishes of the people, but the government is not at all taking the people’s demand for Gadwal district," Aruna lamented.

Aruna alleged that the Chief Minister during Collector’s conference said that the demand for the creation of Gadwal district came from only one district and this amounted to insulting the people of Gadwal. She warned that the government would face the ire of the people of the district if it failed to fulfill the aspirations of the people of Gadwal.
