Raghuveera hits out at Venkaiah Naidu

APCC chief Raghuveera Reddy on Tuesday slammed Union Minister Venkaiah Naidu for his statement that the special category status issue was a closed chapter now.

Speaking to media person, Raghuveera said that the BJP and the TD had cheated the people of the state by denying the SCS to the state.

The PCC chief accused the TD of not fulfilling the poll promises. He said that when an open ballot was conducted to take the people’s opinion on the government’s work , only 20 people felt that the state government had fulfilled all promises made during elections. He said that majority of the six hundred poll promises by the TD stands unfulfilled even after completion of over two years.

The Congress chief said that former MP and party leader Chiranjeevi was busy with his 150th movie and would take up party activities after his commitment with the movie production was over.
