It looks that step by step Central Government is inching towards declaration of Telangana state. After a long and laborious discussion by Congress Core Committee today, the news is getting out gradually that UPA Government has come out with a solution in the name of Justice Sri Krishna Commission on Telangana.
Justice Bellur Narayanaswamy Sri Krishna is retired Supreme Court Justice from Bangalore who headed the well-known Commission of Inquiry, the "Sri Krishna Commission" which investigated causes and apportioned blame for the Bombay Riots of 1992-93.
Now this time, Sri Krishna Commission on Telangana headed by Justice Sri Krishna will consist of nearly 3 to 6 esteemed committee members who will be finalized on Monday or Tuesday. As per the reports, Chidambaram, Pranab Mukherjee and Veerappa Moily will finalize the remaining three to six members for this committee from a selected 15 members and will also monitor the modalities and consultation process that is to be initiated.
Majorly six issues related to separation of the state will be discussed which are vide, Hyderabad and its capital status, sharing of natural resources, distribution of financial resources, delimitation of geographical boundaries, law and order security related problems and at last the administrative problems.
