TRS Govt firm on constructing new Secretariat: Prabhakar

Trs Mlc Karne Prabhakar on Thursday said that the TRS Government was firm on constructing the new Secretariat complex at Bison Polo Grounds in Secunderabad.

Speaking to media persons here, Prabhakar said that the Congress leaders have become habitual of causing obstructions in all the initiatives of TRS Government and therefore, they were objection to the new Secretariat. He said that the Central Government itself has allotted Bison Polo Grounds land to State Government and therefore, opposition parties have no right to oppose the same.

Prabhakar said that the present Secretariat lacks basic amenities and it did not even have fire safety. For the same reason, he said that Chief Minister K. Chandrashekhar Rao has decided to construct a new Secretariat to give better administration and services to the common man. He said all departments would be under one roof in the new Secretariat complex.
