Ahead of the meeting, JSP Chief Pawan Kalyan gave an interview to a TV channel where he made some interesting revelations. He also gave clarification on his recent controversial remarks on Telanganites and KCR.

When asked about why he formed an alliance with BSP and Left Parties which have meager vote bank in the state, Pawan stated, “Actually, I got an invitation from Mayawati gaaru to lead BSP in the state long ago. In fact, I like the ideologies of left parties and BSP which is the reason why our party is working together with them.”

About his comments on KCR and Telanganites, Pawan clarified, “I always have great respect for KCR gaaru and Telanganites. While leaders of Telangana had fight with the sole agenda of achieving the separate statehood, our Andhra leaders are pure business men and are selfish.

I respect KCR gaaru for his peaceful agitation to realize separate statehood. But, I oppose KCR for troubling Andhrites with an intention of troubling Chandra Babu Naidu and other Andhra Leaders. Few industrialists came to inform me that they can’t support Janasena as KCR was threatening them to lend their support to YS Jagan. I’m against the policy of Telangana leaders interference in Andhra politics to decide CM of this state.”

There have been comments that, the crowd coming to Janasena meetings is youth who do not have the vote right and also ladies. “That’s the problem with our leaders. They care about only voters, not the next generation,” he affirmed.
