Telugu Desam chief Nara Chandrababu Naidu faced a hostile mob on Thursday after he reached Miryalaguda as part of his tour in Nalgonda district.
When Chnadrababu reached the Marketyard, the Telangana supporters raised slogans asking Naidu to spell out his stand on Telangana.
The mob blamed Naidu for going back on the Telangana issue and adopting double standards and allowing his party to give split version and presenting double representation to the Srikrishna Committee.
As the mob continued to block the way for Naidu, the police entered the scene and cane-charged them.
The TDP chief lost his cool when he blurted out at the Marketyard: ``I have come to find out the problems of farmers. This is not the way you should respond.’’
