Making efforts to reach the cyclone affected people as early as possible, the Telugu Desam Party chief Nara Chandrababu Naidu will visit Prakssam district on Saturday.
The TDP chief during his visit will estimate the loss caused by the cyclone in the last three days and appraise the Government about the loss of the crop and destruction caused by the gale winds and heavy rains.
Taking advantage of Rosaiah’s postponed tour of visiting the cyclone hit areas, the TDP chief is planning to visit Prakasam district.
According to TDP sources, the former chief minister will make an aerial survey if weather permits. If weather does not permit then he plans to visit the district by road.
The TDP chief has already alerted the Telugu Desam party cadre to lend their helping had to the cyclone hit victims. The Telugu Desam had already opened a control room in the party office at Hyderabad and had decided to provide relief to the victims through the NTR Trust.
