Law and order worse in state: Naidu

Condemning the police firing at Mahabubabad railway station in Warangal district during Odarpu yatra taken up by Kadapa MP Y S Jaganmohan Reddy, Telugu Desam president N Chandrababu Naidu on Friday said the law and order situation in the state is becoming worse after the Congress took reigns.

He blamed the Congress party is responsible for the mess and demanded action against those, who took law and order into their hands.“The government has miserably failed in controlling law and order situation in the state,” he said.

“How can it allow Odarpu yatra in Telangana region despite knowing consequences that it will create law and order problem in the Telangana districts,” he questioned.

Naidu also demanded probe into the entire episode of violence in Mahabubabad railway station and action against guilty.

Demanding action against Kadapa MP Y S Jaganmohan Reddy, senior leader of Telugu Desam Gali Muddukrishnama Naidu said the Centre should dismiss the state government for creating law and order problem in the Telangana region.

Condemning the police firing at Mahabubabad station, he sought enquiry into the entire episode.Blaming the adamant attitude of Kadapa MP Jagan Mohanreddy for taking Odarpu yatra despite warnings from the Telangana leaders, TDP leader from Telangana region Nagam Janardhana Reddy said Jagan should be held responsible for bloodshed.

He demanded action against Jagan for creating law and order problem in the peaceful district.
