By-poll results are for everyone to observe and assess: Duggal

``By-poll results  are for everyone to observe and make their own assessment on Telangana ,’’ said Srikrishna panel Member-Secretary Vk Duggal here on Thursday.

Answering a question from the media whether the by-poll results in Telangana will influence the Sri Krishna panel  report on Telangna, Duggal  said `` the  by-elections results will be followed very keenly by all sections of the  people . We are no exception.’’

Thus Duggal evaded direct answer on the outcome of the results of by-elections.When once the notification for by-polls to the 12 assembly segments in Telangana is issued we will not visit the  12 Assembly segments in Telangana region till the  by-elections are over, noted Duggal.

Referring to the  Congress which has not yet submitted its report to the panel so far he  said ``  the panel is hoping to  receive the report from the Congress either on Aug 12 or 13.’’

`` We are planning to have a tele-conference with NRIs who also wanted to express their views on Telangana.  The panel will arrange for a teleconference with the  NRIs.

 The penultimate round of talks have been very useful and they contributed much to the panel to have a deeper understanding of the issue.  The media also gave  us a  good  support, Duggal observed.
