Telugu Desam MLAs kept away from the function and TDP chief Nara Chandrababu Naidu questioned  as to how they had taken the decision of installing the portrait of YSR in  the Assembly Committee Hall.

Speaker Kirankumar Reddy speaking on the occasion said he never overlooked rules to place the portrait of late YSR. The speaker asserted that the members do not have any right to ask why the portrait was unveiled in the Assembly.
