Sai Pallavi is known for her captivating, natural and sensational performances on the screen. She is starring in Ranbir Kapoor's Ramayana in the role of Goddess Sita under the direction of Nitesh Tiwari.
Now, reports are coming that Sai Pallavi will be seen in the biopic of legendary carnatic singer MS.Subbulakshmi. Inside talk is the project will be helmed by Gowtham Tinnanuri of Jersey fame. The film is expected to be bankrolled in a prestigious manner on Geetha Arts banner.
However, there is no official confirmation from anyone till now. MS.Subbulakshmi was the first musician to be awarded the Bharat Ratna, India's highest civilian honour. She also received the Ramon Magsaysay award in 1974 and became the first Indian musician to perform at the United Nations General Assembly in 1966.
MS.Subbulakshmi's biopic will highlight her journey in carnatic music and her rise to name and fame. Earlier reports came that Vidya Balan will be starring in MS.Subbulakshmi biopic after she stepped into the iconic singer's shoes with a meaningful photo shoot. Working closely with costume designer Anu Parthasarathy.
