Mahesh Babu and Rajamouli's magnum opus Varanasi is progressing at a brisk pace. The film stars Priyanka Chopra as the female lead and Prithviraj Sukumaran in a powerful role.
According to the latest, it is coming out that Mahesh Babu is training in the ancient martial arts Kalaripayattu in an intense and rigorous manner.
Hari Krish , Hyderabad-based Kalaripayattu trainer shared his photo with Mahesh Babu on Instagram and posted “I never imagined my journey would lead me to training a global star of Indian cinema in Kalaripayattu, Feeling truly proud and blessed to have trained @urstrulymahesh sir. His lifestyle, aura and hospitality are deeply inspiring (Sic).”
He continued “Feeling proud and truly blessed to have trained @urstrulymahesh sir in the ancient martial art of Kalaripayattu. His lifestyle, aura, and hospitality are deeply inspiring.” The trainer also tagged actor Nasser and director Rajamouli, writing, “Immense gratitude to @nasser_unmasked sir for the opportunity and @ssrajamouli sir for his acceptance.”
The recent teaser glimpse showed draws from the Ramayana, references the Treta Yuga, and weaves in symbolism linked to Lord Shiva, Lord Ram and the spiritual legacy of Kashi, also known as Varanasi.
