Anil Ravipudi and Venkatesh Reunite for Sankranthi 2027 Release

It has been a while since the news, Director Anil Ravipudi is teaming up with actor Venkatesh once again is out, generating considerable buzz in the film industry. The official announcement for this venture is expected in March (Mostly on Ugadi), with filming set to begin in July 2026. This project marks their fourth collaboration, following successful films like F2, F3, and Sankranthiki Vasthunam. Fifth if we consider Mana Shankara Varaprasad Garu where Venkatesh played an extended cameo role. 

The film is expected to be a mass comedy and light hearted family entertainer, featuring Venkatesh and Fahadh Faasil in key roles. Fahadh Faasil will play Venkatesh's brother, adding to the film's humor and emotional depth. Keerthy Suresh and Pooja Hegde are being considered for the female leads, with Bheems Ceciroleo composing the music.

Anil Ravipudi's films have consistently performed well during Sankranthi, and this project is expected to follow suit, releasing in theaters during Sankranthi 2027. The film's script is reportedly fresh and high energy, tailored for the Telugu audience. With Venkatesh and Fahadh Faasil on board, industry expectations are high.

Anil Ravipudi's previous film, Mana Shankara Vara Prasad Garu, starring Chiranjeevi and Nayanthara, has been a massive hit, cementing his reputation as a "Sankranthi specialist".
