Speculation on Fauzi release

Prabhas is busy with multiple projects like Fauzi, Spirit and sequels to Kalki 2898AD and Salaar. His film Fauzi is progressing at a brisk pace under the direction of Hanu Raghavapudi.

Expectations are high on the project as Hanu Raghavapudi earlier mesmerised all with the classic like Sita Ramam. The film's shooting is in full swing and now speculation is on as to when the film will be releasing.

Fauzi is a periodic entertainer and has pre Indepence era backdrop. The film has war and emotions. Prabhas according to sources will be seen in dual roles.

Now reports are coming that the makers are considering to release the film during Diwali. Mythri Movie Makers are yet to announce the release date. The film's OTT deal is yet to be locked. Since Prabhas' Spirit is releasing in March 2027, there should be gap between Fauzi and Spirit and so if it doesn't release during Diwali , then it will not release before summer 2027.

The film's post production is currently underway and Fauji is wrapped by July or August, the film may release this year itself. The film stars Imanvi Ismail as the female lead. Mithun Chakraborty, Anupam Kher,Chaitra J Achar and Jaya Prada are starring in important roles with Vishal Chadrasekhar being the music director.
