No Politics as of now, says Jr NTR

Riding high on the success of Oosaravelli, Jr Ntr is on cloud nine. With all the channels panning cameras on him with a volley of questions, the Young Turk, popularly known as Tarak, sometimes gives answers to all the questions. On one such pleasant occasion, he said that he has no interest to enter politics as of now.

“I am recently married. Oosaravelli is a success and I am enjoying both the events. I want to be in the acting line for some more time as I have many things to achieve,” he said. Without making any fuss about the mythological movies, he said, I need to gain some more experience and gain confidence in myself. Then you can see a slew of mythological movies from me, he admitted.

After the success of Yama Donga, there was much talk that he would take on the senior NTR’s baton and jump into mythological. It is also believed that he will be acting in the remake of Dana Veera Sura Karna in which the senior played the roles of Karna, Duryodhana and Krishna. Even his rivals agree that the junior has the right diction for a mythological.

“I am eagerly waiting for my uncle’s Sri Rama Rajyam,” was all he said. Jr Ntr was made the poster boy of TDP during the previous elections and he toured the costal Andhra and parts of Telangana before winding up the road shows following a road accident.   

The other intriguing family affair is that while it was Chandrababu Naidu vs Hari Krishna vs Daggubati in the attrition for TDP crown, Chandrababu successfully pulled a bloodless coup and became the president of TDP.

He could rally the entire NTR family with him, barring Daggubati Venkateswara Rao and his wife Purandeswari who is now union minister in the Dr Manmohan Singh cabinet. Whether the rivalry passes on to the next generation or not is very hypothetical question but to cement the relations in the next generations, Chandrababu Naidu’ s son Lokesh married Baakrishna’s daughter Brahmani.

It did not end there as well, Jr Ntr is married to Chandrababu Naidu’s niece, Pranati to consolidate the family bond. It is a wise decision for NTR to keep himself away from politics and concentrate on films as the going is good.
