Rival Channels to Telecast 'GS' Audio

It has been a common practice in recent times that the audio release functions of many big movies are telecasted by news channels. There are two rival Telugu news channels in the state, which compete for every aspect to get more TRP ratings. Meanwhile, a dangerous trend has also been started. As per this, if any channel gets the audio function telecast rights of any crazy project, its rival channel telecast some of the cine based programs like, 'Who is number one hero of tollywood?', 'Which is the biggest hit of tollywood?' etc., to get more TRP ratings. Subsequently, the channel, who bags the audio telecast rights of the movie is losing required TRP ratings.

Having understood the TRP war of rival channels, the makers of 'Gabbar Singh' seems to have taken a sensible strategy. They have reportedly sold out the audio telecast rights of 'Gabbar Singh' movie, to both the TV channels, to avoid the unnecessary clash between the above channels. We have to wait and see how well the channels will telecast the audio function of 'Gabbar Singh' movie.
