Media Transparency @ Racha Shares

Maybe deliberately or co-incidentally, all the media of the state, especially web media has showed great transparency in giving the statistical data of the collections of this year's super hit movie, 'Rachcha'. As per them, the first day collections of 'Rachcha' in A.P. are Rs.8.54 crores, first week collections are around Rs.25 crores and a world wide share of Rs.32 to 34 crores. No matter, if there is a difference of 5% of shares between one medium to the other as it is a tough job to collect the actual data of shares from all the areas. In this connection, fans of all the heroes are heartily appreciating the media. 

It is a known fact that last year, there was a chaos on the collections of a few movies, as the producers of some of the movies played spoil sport by releasing fake collections to the media.At a certain point, the first week collections of some of the movies were hiked upto Rs.50 crores to Rs.60 crores. " At first, we thought that 'Rachcha' producers would announce around Rs.100 crores collections in the first week itself. Fortunately, they are not interested in releasing the fake collections of the movie. Now, we got the accurate data of collections, and we beat these collections with our Dammu.", says one of the Jr.NTR's fans. 

Well, for 'Rachch', media has done a great job. However, it is still a million dollar question whether the media take the same stand to the forthcoming releases or do they publish fake collections to be released by the producers of respective movies. Let us wait and see what happens.
