Dubbing to Pay this Hero Rs.15 Crores

Young heroes are easily expanding their markets from their native land to surrounding neighbor states. Most successful in this respect is Tamil hero Karthi. Though six movies old the talented artist has developed a special style of own. Apparently, his last release ‘Sakuni’ was an average grosser both in Telugu and Tamil. But, this could not stop his gigantic growth as a Super Star challenging the position of his brother Suriya and even the Tollywood stars like Mahesh Babu or Pawan Kalyan who are considered as highest remuneration takers in South India.

Yes, Karthi is all set to cross these stars if new buzz in film circles is to be believed. The new film ‘Biryani’ directed by Venkat Prabhu is to fetch Karthi a whopping salary of more than Rs.15 Crores. ‘This hero has got good craze both in Telugu and Malayalam along with Tamil. In spite of dubbing nature, his Tamil films are releasing in Andhra Pradesh and Kerala competing with direct flicks. So, that is why he is demanding a pay higher than many heroes. Who cares, whether it is dubbing or direct, public are looking for entertainment and Karthi is cashing on it,’ is the general view of expressed by majority of audience.
