Wanna No.1? Don't Get Nandi!

Seems like Nandi award doesn't suit to number one heroes and number one character artists of tollywood. Some of the artists, who proved as number ones of their fields have not got either single Nandi or less number of Nandis than their contemporary artists. Given below is the list of some of those film artists. 

* LATE NTR: He proved to be the number one hero of late 50s, 60s and 70s. However, he couldn't get even a single Nandi award for his performance in any movie. Interestingly, his contemporary hero Akkineni Nageswara Rao won Nandi best actor award for five times. 

MOHAN BABU: Mohan Babu was the number one villain and character artist of 70s and 80s. Everybody knows his perfect articulation of uttering dialogues. Unfortunately, he has not received Nandi award so far. 

CHIRANJEEVI: Though Chiranjeevi won Nandi best actor award for three times, he couldn't defeat Venkatesh, as the latter won the Nandi award for five times. Chiranjeevi had been the number one hero of tollywood from 1983 to 2007 until his retirement. 

PAWAN KALYAN & CO.: Pawan Kalyan is enjoying super stardom in tollywood and Jr.NTR, Ram Charan, Allu Arjun and Prabhas are no more less than him. However, no hero among these got even a single Nandi.
