Mahesh to Give Fourth Hit or Second Flop!

With the official announcement of the release date of Prince Mahesh Babu's '1-Nenokkadiney' as 10th of January, Mahesh's fans heaved a sigh of relief as the movie finally finds a room for its release. As of now, four movies of Mahesh Babu have been released in the season of Pongal and they are 'Takkari Donga'(2002), 'Okkadu'(2003)', 'Businessman'(2012) and 'Seethamma Vaakitlo Sirimalle Chettu'(2013). Except 'Takkari Donga', which stood as below average grosser at the box office, all other Pongal movies of Mahesh Babu have scored hits. In this scenario, '1' is being released as a fifth Pongal movie of Mahesh Babu. If the movie scores a hit it becomes the fourth Pongal hit of Mahesh, if not, it becomes the second Pongal flop of Mahesh. However, Mahesh, under any circumstances seems to have decided to prove him one of the all time Pongal heroes of tollywood, by delivering a resounding hit through '1'. 

Bollywood model and actress Kriti Sanon is teaming up with Mahesh in this action thriller. Devi Sri Prasad is scoring the music. The movie is being directed by Sukumar on 14 Reels Entertainment.
