CM's Jhalak to Seemandhra Employees?

A few days ago, when the Chief Minister of the state, Mr.N.Kiran Kumar Reddy arranged a press meet and criticized the decision of the Congress high command for dividing the state, almost all the people of Seemandhra appreciated the Cm and some of them instantly turned out to be his fans while some others did 'Palabhishekalu'( pouring milk) on his cutouts and banners. 

However, all of a sudden, there has been a big blow to AP NGOs from the Cm. The government imposed 'ESMA' act on the employees' and no work,no pay rule will strictly be implemented. Moreover, strikes and bandhs have been banned for six months. The government released the G.O.No.238 in this regard. It is interesting to see how well AP NGOs will fight against the government to take this G.O.back.
