No to Nayan - Yes to Sunitha

When there is some one like a hot, glamorous and crazy heroine Nayanathara acting in ‘Anamika,’ why did director Sekhar Kammula go for shooting a promotional song on singer Sunitha? This is the hot topic in discussion in film circles from last two days ever since the information on Sunitha being roped into the project is made official. Yes, there is a reason for Sekhar to do this. As of now, major shooting part of ‘Anamika’ is completed and makers are quite happy with the way product has come up.

To begin the promotion activities, they want some one to keep the excitement and interest of audience engaged for lot. Currently, Nayan is a busy start in Tamil with whole lot of commitment. So, Sekhar was not ready to really force her for pre release promotions. On a simple search, the team has pointed out Sunitha and the director accepted it instantly. So, absence of Nayan in pre release promotions will have to be balanced by Sunitha now.
