Shobha Nagireddy Is No More

The sitting MLA of Allagadda Assembly Constituency, Shobha Nagireddy, breathed her last at 11:05am at Care Hospitals, Hyderabad. Sustained with severe injuries on her head and neck in a road accident at Doobaguntamitta, she was rushed to Care Hosipitals for a better treatment. The doctors tried their best to save her life but were failed.

Shobha Nagireddy was the daughter of ex-minister SV Subbareddy. She was elected as an MLA for the first time from Allagadda constituency in the year, 1996 through the TDP. She was again elected from the same constituency in the year, 1999 through the TDP. Later, Shobha Nagireddy along with her husband Bhooma Nagireddy joined the PRP. Shobha was elected as an MLA through the PRP in 2009. She later joined the YSR CP and got elected as an MLA for the fourth time in the by-polls of 2012.
