'Delhi Ki Kadilina Adhinetha', Strange Heading?

It is a known news that a top Newspaper is doing a yellow party's 'bhajana'  even after the completion of elections. Everyday, the Newspaper is coming up with an interesting heading on the CM Chandrababu Naidu. And today's heading goes on, 'Delhi Ki Kadilina Adhinetha'. As we know CBN has left for Delhi to negotiate on loan waiver issue to farmers and release of funds for Polavaram project. But the Newspaper's heading gives us an impression as if a great soldier is going to face a war. Well, let's wait and see how well Chandrababu will be succeeded in cancelling the loans of the farmers. Incidentally, when the CMs of the congress visited Delhi, the same Newspaper expressed deep concern over alleging they are making Telugu people losing their self esteem.
