Speculations have been rife that Dil Raju's new project 'Kerintha' was shelved, as the producer facing financial crisis. Dil Raju is reported to have incurred heavy losses with 'Aagadu' and 'Rabhasa'. He got Rs.5 crores loss with 'Rabhasa's Nizam distribution. He got three more crores loss with 'Aagadu' in Vizag area. Although the producer is earning decent profits with 'Govindhudu Andarivadele', the losses faced by him from above two movies were much bigger.
As a result, 'Keritha' was rumoured to be shelved. However, the producer laughted at the gossips and said, " The shooting of the film started today. It is true that I stopped after 25 days of shooting. That was because I wanted to make few changes."
