Differences btw. Vajrotsavalu n Memusaitham!

Telugu Cinema Vajrotsavalu( Dilamond Jubilee Celebrations) and 'Memusaitham' charitable telethon are the two biggest events of tollywood. Following is the analysis on the way the celebrations were proceeded. 

* VAJROTSAVALU: Vajrotsavalu were held between 26th and 28th of January, 2007 for three days. This never seen star studded spectacular event witnessed the stars and technicians from tollywood, kollywood, sandalwood and bollywood as well. Tollywood has never seen such a huge star cast in any function. Organizers of the event have done a wonderful job in making the event a mega success. Even today, 'Vajrotsavalu' are fondly watched by cine lovers in MAA TV. However, some of the people appeared to have shown their prejudices over the success of the event. On a whole, event turned out to be memorable and is said to be one of the proud moments for tollywood.

* Memusaitham: Unlike 'Vajrotsavalu' that aimed at a celebration, 'Memusaitham' was intended for a great cause. To raise the funds for Hudhud cyclone's victims, tollywood film fraternity organized this event on November 30, 2014. Since it was a  time bound program of around 12 hours, all the programs were well planned to ensure they would complete on time. Unlike Vajrotsavalu, no stars from other industries have graced the event. As all the stars and families have involved in conducting different skits, games, songs, dances and other performances, there was no chance of stars exhibiting their rivalries. Finally, tollywood has been succeeded in raising the required fund for the flood victims.

* Some of the common highlights observed in both the historical events are Chiranjeevi's scintillating dancing steps on the stage, Balakrishna's active participation, all singers group and solo songs, item songs, mini interviews to audiences etc.
