Nagarjuna Shifting to Vizag!!!

How come a top celebrity family like Akkineni can land into land and financial problems? They have a solid base in film industry and ANR was one of key persons in shifting Telugu cinema base from Chennai to Hyderabad. From then on, Nagarjuna and Venkat have efficiently carried on legacy. Today, Akkineni family is most respected with a bunch of young heroes and producers rendering giving their services. 

All of sudden when news of Nagarjuna family failed to repay the loan of Rs.62 Crores resulting in Annapurna 7 Acres of land going into Andhra Bank and Indian Bank custody has embarrassed the film lovers. 

At same time, a strange talk has began to make rounds in Film Nagar that Nagarjuna family is planning to shift Vizag, Andhra Pradesh as they are forecasting different futuristic situations after bifurcation. So, he might go for selling out Akkineni properties in Hyderabad one after other before beginning new investment in a new destination of Andhra Pradesh. 

We do also know about, Telangana Government and GHMC behaved stringently with Nagarjuna on N-Convention land encroachment. Let us wait and see whether Nagarjuna’s base shift is just a rumor or there is an iota of truth behind?
