'Jyothilakshmi', 'Kerintha' and 'Lavakusha' were released last Friday to entertain audiences. Dil Raju's 'Kerintha', though, has been stamped as a youthful romantic entertainer, it could not pull the audiences to theaters in required numbers. Varun Sandesh's 'Lavakusha' has not even captured the attention of movie lovers this weekend.
On the other side, maverick director Puri Jagannadh's 'Jyothilakshmi' has been succeeded in getting decent collections irrespective of mixed reports and thanks to B and C centers audiences, who thronged to theaters to watch bubbly babe Charmme's performance in the movie.
Charmme, in the role of a prostitute, exudes and excels with her oomph factor in the first half of 'Jyothilakshmi' while in the second half, she turns rebellious for the rights of the women. This is the first time Puri Jagannadh comes up with a female oriented entertainer. The movie is likely to get profits this weekend.
