Then 'Dasara Bullodu', Now 'Soggade Chinni Nayana'

It was January 13, 1971. Thespian late Akkineni Nageswara Rao's 'Dasara Bullodu' was released as a Sankranthi gift for fans. The movie carried super positive reports on the day one of its release. Finally, the movie ended up as an industry hit. ANR's pancha kattu getup and his dancing steps were the major highlights of the movie. Songs like 'Ettago vunnadi', 'Nallavaade', 'Pachchagaddi koseti' etc. became rocking hits. 

After 45 years of 'Dasara Bullodu's release, King Nagarjuna's 'Soggade Chini Nayana' was released on January 15, 2016 and got super hit reports. Nagarjuna was also seen as a villager's getup in Pancha Kattu, as his father was seen in 'Dasara Bullodu'. Nagarjuna's Bangarraju getup enthralled the audiences. 

Sharing his views about the movie during the promotional interviews, Nagarjuna went on nostalgic comparing his 'Soggade Chinni Nayana' with his father's 'Dasara Bullodu'.
