Muhammad Bin Tughluq, the 14th century's ruler of Delhi, though being a scholar of philosophy, Mathematics and Astronomy, his silly decision of shifting the capital from Delhi to Daulathabad stood as one of the historical blunders of Indian administrators.

Germany's then dictator and Nazi party's head, Adolf Hitler stood as the key factor for causing World War 2. Another renowned dictator Benito Mussolini also indulged in many blunders in administration which led people's miseries. 

Even today, many administrators across the world are throwing people to panic stricken situations. But then,, why these Leaders are taking strange decisions? According to the psychiatrists, psychological problems of the Leaders are primarily responsible for Leaders taking such shocking decisions. 

Some of the Leaders develop hatred on other nations and subsequently take destructive decisions. Hitler's life is the best example for this category of Leaders. Some Leaders feel they were the best scholars in the world and eventually, they resort to strange decisions which throw people into bizarre situation. Tughluq's life stands as the best instance here. Some times, arrogance and innocence make the people losing their power. A few decades ago, a leader from Telugu states lost his power to his close kin owing to these poor traits. And finally, some people feel themselves as the morale boosters to the mankind. Even though they suffer many setbacks with their attitudes, they wish to be the good administrations either by hook or by crook. They usually, crave for publicity with every act of them. In this regard, they indulge in shocking decisions which lead to chaotic situation everywhere.
