Dutt going places

It’s another unique film for the Telugu industry from Ashwini Dutt who is going places.Literally. And certainly not for pleasure, but for power, in a way.Yeah, this movie titled ‘Shakti’ would take Dutt to Kashmir, Agra, Delhi, Egypt, London and other places around the world where the film is sheduled to be shot.Being directed by Meher Ramesh with NTR Junior in the lead on Vyjayathi Movies banner, the script of Shakti underwent a lot of rehash in the past six months.

South Indian heart throb Ileana is pairing with NTR whose chemistry with the bubbly heroine is well-known to film buffs who have already watched Krishna Vamsi’s earlier film Rakhi with the same pair.“We have not fixed any time-frame or the budgetary allocation for the film,” says Dutt. Meher Ramesh of Kranthi fame on the Vijayasanthi Movies banner is also thrilled by the project which is set to be launched on Feb 6. Sameer Reddy is handling the camera. Music is being scored by Mani Sharma.
