Why Puri Met Chiranjeevi?

Maverick director Puri Jagannadh tried his best to helm Megastar Chiranjeevi's prestigious comeback film, but in vain. Many a times in his interviews, Puri Jagannadh expressed his wish of directing a Megastar's movie.

An interesting gossip making rounds in film nagar circles is that Puri has met Chiranjeevi and narrated the script of his ambitious project 'Janaganamana'. In fact, 'Janaganamana' was a dream project of Puri which he earlier narrated to other big stars like Power Star Pawan Kalyan, Prince Mahesh and Victory Venkatesh. 

It's buzzed that Chiranjeevi impressed with 'Janaganamana' but gave no assurance to Puri. On the side, Megastar is busy working for his yet to be started film 'Uyyalawada Narasimhareddy'. This period entertainer will be helmed by talented young director Surender Reddy. Mega Power Star Ram Charan bankrolls the film on his Konidela Production Company.
