Senior character artist Chalapathi Rao's derogatory remarks on women were quite humiliating and the actor's comments were supposed to be condemned by Women Associations. Of course, they made no mistake in lambasting the actor's words. They appeared on TV screens and gave some wonderful lectures on how those words turned lewd for them.
Everyone should definitely echo with the views expressed by those associations. But then, a million dollars question is that why had they kept mum when some actor-politicians of ruling political parties made similar remarks on women?
And today, Chalapathri Rao's son and actor-director Ravibabu responded on his dad's comments and subsequent happenings. "My father hadn't married any woman after the death of my mom in my childhood. You would better kill him rather hurting him repeatedly with your words. Earlier, there were many big personalities who indulged in lewd comments on women. However, they were spared because they were biggies," lamented Ravibabu.
