Is Shruti Haasan Lying?

Shruti Haasan's exit from much talked about period entertainer 'Sangamithra' startled the team. As we know, the film's team released first looks of Shruti and other lead stars Adhi and Jayam Ravi during Cannes Film Festival recently. 

Latterly, Shruti's official spokesperson revealed that the actress had opted out of the project citing the reasons that the actress hadn't received bound script nor exact dates allocated for her part. 

The makers of 'Sangamithra', however, denied the allegations of Shruti. "Whatever Shruti saying is not true. The pre production work on the film has been going on for two years. How would that have been possible without a bound script? We got all the actors onboard only after narrating the story. We don't want to disclose the reasons why she was  ruled out of Sangamithra. However, we'd say she is lying," says the team Sangamithra.
