Andhra Pradesh Government headed by CM Chandrababu Naidu is striving hard to put the state's new capital Amaravati on national and international radar. The government organised Country's first Social Media Summit & Awards 2017 at Amaravati.
Many film and political celebrities graced the event but Bollywood beauty Deepika Padukone stole all the limelight. Deepika who is all set to blaze the screens as Padmavati directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali which is reeling under controversies bagged the Most Popular Indian Actress on Social Media Award. She received the award along with Hot Hunk Rana who got the Most Active South Indian Actor on Social Media title.
Speaking on occasion, Deepika says she is not active online and still she got fans as whatever she does because she does it from her heart.
About Amaravati, 'I am delighted to come here. I would like to comeback once again because I am overwhelmed by the greenery and the nice people,' she said.
