Tollywood Jakkana Rajamouli has cast a spell of magic over everyone with dream project Baahubali. The magnum opus which released in two parts has elevated the standards of Indian cinema at International arena and today whole world is looking at India in awe.
Sometime back rumors have spread that Rajamouli's next would be Mahabharat, as he many a times went on record stating that his dream project is Mahabharat. However he also made clear that Mahabharat will not happen any time in present and he may think about it in future.
Whatsover Rajamouli's dream inspired many other filmmakers to come up with their own versions on Mahabharat. Yes, Bollywood star Saif Ali Khan said that it is better to make films like Baahubali rather than Mahabharat as people have become so sensitive that they may feel offended with cinematic liberties generally makers take.
Like many celebrities, Saif is also worried about the controversy surrounding Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh, Shahid Kapoor's Padmavat (Padmavati) directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali. Media and a section of enlightened people are keeping a close tab on films to rake controversies out of nothing. Touching Mahabharat won't be a simple job because it needs to cater the sentiments of whole Hindu community spread on this planet without hurting any of their sentiments, emotions or beliefs. Certainly, Saif thought in a right perspective.
