National Media Bias On Sridevi

Sridevi's shocking death left the entire cinema world stunned. Media across the world covered this news extensively . 

But many of her admirers from South Indian cinema feel that none of these media guys wrote about Sridevi's achievements in the Southern film industry. Most of the articles and programs mentioned about Sridevi's blockbuster films in Bollywood and conveniently forgetting even bigger hits in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam and Kannada. 

Zakka Jacob, anchor from CNN-IBN highlighted this and posted "Sadly, none of the Delhi papers have even one article on Sridevi's immense body of work in Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu and Kannada. Not one article. Is that too much to ask for? She was already a Superstar before even she set foot in Bollywood. "

Khushboo felt the same and expressed anger saying that she has been saying so for quite sometime. 

Many netizens even expressed anger on Zakka Jacob's channel posting, even your channel showed message of Kamal and Rajni forgetting Telugu stalwarts like Chiranjeevi and krishna. With krishna garu she acted in nearly 38 films.
