Stars To Join Special Status Agitation

Demand for Special Status to Andhra Pradesh has been extremely emotional ever since the illogical bifurcation of the state to form Telangana. Though all the parties promised special status and TDP-BJP came to power riding on the sentiment wave and vote against Congress, BJP which is heading the Centre is going back on the promise. 

During the first for special status, Tollywood stars stayed away from it for the fear of facing criticism from Telangana counterparts. However of late it seems Special Status fight is fast catching stars slowly but steadily. 

Earlier young hero Nikhil used to come with a flurry of tweets questioning Centre on numerous occasions. This time Collection King Mohan Babu's son Manchu Manoj came with daring tweets questioning the passiveness of the Centre. 

Manoj posted, "Manaku special status kuda istha annaru... chippa thappa yemi migala... Centre ni namukunte sanka naki potham."

It is to be seen whether other stars in the industry come forward to join the agitation to get special status.
