Short Film Promoting Love Jihad

Now-a-days many aspiring youngsters are making Short Films to get name and fame and then enter into the film industry. However with no censor regulations on the Short Films content, many are landing in various controversies. 

According to the latest Short Film titled Brahmanula Ammayi..Navabula Abbayi is landing in a huge controversy. Various brahmin associations lodged complaint against the film meeting DGP Mahender Reddy accusing the makers of promoting love jihad. 

Telangana Brahmin Parishat member MVR.Sharma, Bhagyanagar Archak,Purohit Sangham president Srinivasacharyulu together met DGP Mahender Reddy in his office and handed over the complaint saying the title is insulting the Brahmin community and Brahmin women. They demanded deletion of the film's trailer from the YouTube as it may affect the security of the country. 

They requested the DGP to initiate investigation and find out whether any anti-social elements are behind the Short Film. Bhanumurthi warned that if they don’t delete the content, then they will increase their intensity in protests. Advocate Ruthvik lodged complaint in Malkajgiri police station on the same issue.
